UnBELIZEable!

Over the past year, we have been taking our lives on the road while becoming professional traveling house and pet sitters, but before that we were on an unBelizeable adventure!
Belize, you say? YES!
At the end of 2020, we quit our jobs, packed up our lives (both living in different states) and moved to the jungle outside of San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize. We swam in waterfalls, hiked up mountains and enjoyed the Caribbean Sea. We fell in love deep in the jungle.
After some harsh realities, like not being able to get internet in our bungalow (as online educators this is crucial) along with some quickly-changing laws, we bid farewell to the jungle and all our wonderful new friends to come back to the States.
Knowing that we didn't want to settle down and be tied to rent, we started to explore alternative living arrangements. I (Emilee) have been a nanny and pet sitter for many many years, raising many children and pups along the way. It clicked for us that if we could travel to different places to pet sit instead of paying rent, that would be AWESOME!
So, we decided to become pet sitters. We started out sitting in exchange for housing. Over time and word of mouth it has developed into a side job for us, helping to pay for gas and groceries as we explore the States and care for wonderful pets. We already have bookings into December of 2022! We have enjoyed building trust with our clients and pets over this past year and we are excited to add some more furry families into our schedule!
